Open Source Software Development Engineer
Job Description :
- To take part in Software / Hardware, Design / Coding activities in projects that will represent our country in New Generation Development Cards, Robotic Systems and Software Technologies, to support the software / hardware studies of development cards, to participate in activities to be carried out in domestic / foreign electronic development cards.
- To be involved in the research and integration processes of domestic technologies and software tools, research and integration processes to be developed in our country with the awareness of the National Technology Move.
- To be a member of a large organisation working with innovative projects and technologies and to be a part of the community platform (forum) created to shape the races of tomorrow, not today.
Required Qualifications :
- Graduated from Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related departments of universities
- Having worked with Raspberry, BeagleBone etc. development boards and having knowledge about Embedded Linux
- To have knowledge and experience in C/C++/Python Programming languages.
- To have knowledge about operating system layers and kernel objects (Process, Thread, IPC etc.)
- To have basic knowledge about Bash Shell, Make, GCC, GNU/Linux tools
- To have knowledge about Electronics, Robotics Programming
- To have contributed to open source projects on platforms such as GitHub, GitLab.
- To have an advanced level of English Reading/Writing knowledge
- To have organisation skills
- To be disciplined, to give importance to reading books, articles, resources related to the field
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours
- To have the ability to co-operate effectively with teams from different disciplines
- No domestic/international travel restrictions
Additional Qualifications that may be a Reason for Preference :
- Yocto, Buildroot experience
- U-Boot, Linux Kernel Driver coding or BSP (Board Support Packages) experience
