General Qualifications:

  • Graduated from relevant faculties of universities such as Computer and Instructional Technologies Education, Industrial Engineering, Computer Technology and Information Systems, Management Science Programs, Statistics and Computer Sciences, Mathematics and Computer Sciences, Mathematics Department, Business Administration, Economics,
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience,
  • Proficient in intermediate to advanced level Excel,
  • Proficient in basic Office programs,
  • Ability to analyze and report,
  • Team-oriented, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, no travel restrictions, completed military service for male candidates, able to commute to our office in Üsküdar without difficulty.

Job Description:

  • Execute academic and administrative processes related to Deneyap, monitor academic statuses, provide information, consultancy, and guidance,
  • Receive student applications through various communication channels, ensure they are forwarded to relevant departments,
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to parents and students, manage response processes by checking their statuses in the system,
  • Organize preparation of requested documents by students and ensure their entry into the system,
  • Prepare relevant sections of reports requested by management and conduct information checks for students,
  • Plan examination processes during Deneyap Examination Periods, manage exam and registration processes, participate in events such as graduation ceremonies with the entire team,
  • Prepare reports required by the unit and monitor data entry processes,
  • Create periodic and instant reports requested by supervisors or upper management,
  • Take part in improvement, innovation, and optimization projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and service quality within Deneyap student processes, and implement these projects,
  • Perform other tasks directed by Unit Managers within Deneyap processes.
