Job Description:

- Conducting processes related to Deneyap Teams, ensuring tracking of academic statuses,
- Answering questions from parents and students by checking their status in the system to ensure accurate information and guidance,
- Receiving student applications through the system and all communication channels to meet student requests and forwarding them to relevant units,
- Participating in the planning of processes for students during team formation periods, and playing a role in registration processes. Collaborating with the entire team for events such as graduation ceremonies and other organizational tasks,
- Preparing reports that the unit is required to prepare and tracking data entry processes,
- Creating periodic and ad-hoc reports requested by the supervisor or senior management,
- Playing a role in improvement, innovation, and optimization projects that will increase the efficiency and service quality of Deneyap Teams processes,
- Carrying out other duties directed by Unit Managers within the scope of Deneyap processes.
