Job Description:

  • Conducting processes related to Deneyap Teams, ensuring tracking of academic statuses,
  • Answering questions from parents and students by checking their status in the system to ensure accurate information and guidance,
  • Receiving student applications through the system and all communication channels to meet student requests and forwarding them to relevant units,
  • Preparing reports that the unit is required to prepare and tracking data entry processes,
  • Creating periodic and ad-hoc reports requested by the supervisor or senior management,
  • Playing a role in improvement, innovation, and optimization projects that will increase the efficiency and service quality of Deneyap Teams processes,
  • Carrying out other duties directed by Unit Managers within the scope of Deneyap processes.
