DENEYAP Coordination/Instructor Commission – Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end application, evaluation, and placement processes for DENEYAP Technology Workshops instructors
  • Develop and improve instructor recruitment processes; design new models and practices based on needs
  • Execute reporting and evaluation processes; create, update, and standardize criteria, forms, and templates
  • Follow and implement processes within the scope of the Corporate Management System (CMS)
  • Plan and coordinate instructor training, payment, and certification processes; ensure process integrity
  • Plan and manage all written communication and mailing activities related to the instructor process
  • Establish effective communication with relevant institutions and stakeholders; collect feedback and integrate it into processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education Faculties, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related engineering fields
  • Preferably a postgraduate degree in Educational Management or related areas
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant fields
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs
  • Strong process tracking, organization, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage instructor processes end-to-end with a focus on optimization and efficiency
  • Ability to digitalize processes and make them measurable and sustainable
  • Up-to-date knowledge of technological developments and global trends
  • Strong analytical thinking, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and high sense of responsibility
  • Ability to take rapid action and competence in crisis management
