We are seeking an Education Coordinator to lead the academic and psychosocial development processes of our science high school students. In this role, you will actively contribute to the development of the school's educational policies, foster inter-institutional collaboration, and design strategies to enhance both academic and psychosocial student growth.
The primary responsibility expected from applicants is to plan educational processes, coordinate instructional programs, and establish standards that will ensure the school meets its goals in collaboration with the administrative team.
In this role, you will work on projects including:
Supervising the development and implementation of annual and semester-based instructional programs
Designing and monitoring educational and extracurricular activities to support students’ academic and psychosocial development
Establishing and maintaining sustainable cooperation with partner institutions
Conducting quality analysis on educational processes and preparing reports for school administration
Evaluating and tracking student achievement and submitting development reports
Organizing and overseeing national and international project processes
Coordinating participation in national and international science and technology competitions by forming and supporting student teams
Researching innovative educational practices in addition to the Ministry of Education curriculum and integrating them into the school’s program, while keeping the administration informed.
You might be the ideal candidate if you have:
A degree (undergraduate or graduate) from Faculties of Education, Engineering, or Science
Experience in educational management and coordination
Previous involvement in science high schools or similar high-level educational projects
Familiarity with the Ministry of Education science high school curriculum
Knowledge of innovative educational methodologies
Fluent spoken English and the ability to follow current developments in the field
Strong team collaboration and communication skills with both teachers and students
Project development and management capabilities
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the school principal and teaching staff to plan and execute educational processes
Monitoring academic achievement and supporting student development
Supporting and tracking students' psychosocial development
Ensuring the implementation and ongoing improvement of educational policies
Maintaining transparent communication with parents regarding student progress
Demonstrating advanced planning and organizational skills
Applying solution-oriented approaches to enhance educational quality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in leadership, crisis management, and decision-making
Embracing an innovative educational mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
