INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Industrial Engineering from leading universities in Turkey or around the world
• At least 2 years of experience in process planning, process management, business analysis, and reporting
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work in a planned and team-oriented manner
• Preferably knowledgeable in ERP systems and experienced in working with databases
• No travel restrictions
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Advanced presentation preparation and delivery skills
• Preferably fluent in English
• Effective communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Preferably knowledgeable about the business processes of non-governmental organizations
• For male candidates, no military service obligation
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Conduct meetings with process owners for business process management and map out current process flows
• Continuously coordinate with all coordinators to carry out improvement studies for the effective and efficient execution of business processes
• Participate in process development activities and support the implementation of new projects and systems
• Establish, monitor, and periodically report on key process performance indicators for business processes
• Identify areas for improvement to ensure the standardization and high-quality outputs of business processes
• Conduct main data studies for business processes, ensure they are kept up-to-date, and support data analysis and reporting
• Prepare periodic process monitoring reports and provide data to support management decision-making processes
• Support cost studies conducted within the foundation
• Audit processes when necessary and report to superiors.
