Startup Programs and Portfolio Specialist
Purpose of the Role
To manage the journey of startups participating in our entrepreneurship center’s programs from application to graduation and post-program stages; to measure their performance and systematically accelerate their development.
Responsibilities
Manage application processes and organize the evaluation workflow
Analyze startups in terms of technical capability, commercial potential, and investment readiness
Monitor the development metrics of portfolio startups
Create KPI dashboards and prepare regular reports
Coordinate mentor and investor matching processes
Conduct program performance analyses and identify improvement areas
What Matters to Us
Experience in startups, accelerator programs, or investment processes
Strong competence in KPI tracking, performance measurement, and data analysis
Ability to use artificial intelligence tools effectively and efficiently in business processes
Strong analytical thinking and structured reporting skills
Advanced level English communication skills
