Corporate Communications Coordinatorship – Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer at the Turkey Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) is responsible for planning, developing, and producing all digital and printed design materials in line with the Foundation’s brand identity, communication strategies, and visual standards while ensuring compliance with printing techniques and production requirements. The role includes designing visual assets for websites, social media, announcements and campaign materials, catalogs, brochures, books, magazines, corporate identity materials, as well as graphics for festivals, events, and various communication channels.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for ensuring that all design work complies with the T3 Foundation Corporate Communication Guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field,
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in graphic design,
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro,
  • Ability to effectively utilize AI-powered design tools and integrate these technologies into design workflows,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
  • Creative, innovative, and open to new ideas,
  • Ability to proactively improve design concepts and visualize content,
  • Ability to work in accordance with assigned deadlines,
  • Strong ability to take initiative and respond quickly,
  • Excellent teamwork skills and adaptability to flexible working hours.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create original designs in line with the Foundation's corporate identity standards.
  • Design visual content for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
  • Develop creative design solutions for social media, advertising campaigns, and corporate communication activities.
  • Design and prepare layouts for brochures, catalogs, books, magazines, reports, presentations, and other printed communication materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication materials.
  • Manage pre-press preparation processes, perform technical checks, and coordinate printing operations.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments to enhance the Foundation's visual communication efforts.
  • Review completed designs and manage revision processes when necessary.
  • Support all visual design requirements for corporate events, festivals, and organizational activities.
  • Organize and maintain design archives, brand assets, and creative files.
