About the Role

The Corporate Communications Specialist / Senior Specialist will play an active role in developing and implementing the organization’s communication strategies. This role is responsible for managing both internal and external communication processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare press releases and corporate communication content
  • Plan and manage internal and external communication processes
  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans
  • Manage the Foundation’s media relations
  • Ensure that corporate messages are delivered accurately, consistently, and effectively
  • Collaborate with different teams and departments to ensure alignment of communication strategies

Qualifications

  • Experience in press release writing and internal/external communication management
  • 3–4 years of corporate communications experience in multinational companies, PR agencies, or the media sector
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competence in strategic communication planning and execution
  • Experience in developing and managing media relations
  • Advanced proficiency in Turkish and English
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
