Architectural Design and Planning Coordinatorship
We are looking for a team member with the following qualifications:
- Graduated from the Architecture or Interior Architecture departments of universities,
- Strong design skills with knowledge of construction, materials, and technical infrastructure,
- Able to offer innovative solutions by utilizing interdisciplinary working skills,
- Preferably proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3ds Max, or equivalent,
- Possesses management principles like planning, organization, coordination, and communication,
- Capable of creating detailed timelines and work plans,
- Able to propose innovative and functional design solutions,
- Competent in on-site application control, team supervision, and quantity surveying,
- Experienced in handling preliminary accounting tasks such as offers, procurement, and contracts for the work to be implemented,
- A team player who excels in collaboration.
