Within the Architectural Design and Planning Coordination Unit of the Türkiye Technology Team Foundation, we are looking for a team member who will take part in concept development, technical design, and implementation processes of the Foundation’s projects.
Job Description
Develop functional layouts for organization and event spaces in line with architectural design principles and corporate identity guidelines
Manage interdisciplinary coordination throughout all project phases, from design to implementation completion
Prepare detailed design solutions, material specifications, and implementation drawings for designed spaces
Conduct technical supervision during on-site implementation processes and ensure compliance with project specifications and defined quality standards
Monitor tender analysis, technical specification preparation, and contract management processes to maintain project budget and timeline discipline
Contribute to the development of spatial standards for the Foundation’s domestic and international representation areas
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Architecture and Environmental Design
Minimum 2 years of experience
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop; preferably professional-level skills in 3ds Max (Corona/V-Ray) or similar high-quality visualization tools
Strong design skills with technical expertise in building physics, materials, and fine construction details
Ability to develop aesthetic, innovative, and functional solutions in complex spatial organizations
Strong planning and technical coordination skills; ability to perform critical path analysis and create detailed work plans
Experience in site operations, with the ability to manage implementation teams and construction details with technical discipline
Strong analytical thinking skills and adaptability to dynamic project schedules and flexible working hours
Team-oriented, highly responsible, and strong in corporate representation
