Technology Products and Ecosystem Development Lead
At the Türkiye Technology Team Foundation, which develops projects shaping Türkiye’s national technology ecosystem, we are looking for a team member who will lead the end-to-end development, positioning, and scaling of education technology products, primarily DENEYAP Kart and T3 Gemstone.
This role covers a broad scope, from product development and enrichment of use cases to ecosystem building, partnerships, sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate is expected to have a holistic perspective — not only developing technology products, but also ensuring they reach the right users, clearly define their value proposition, and achieve sustainable growth.
Within this scope, the role is responsible not only for the development of DENEYAP Kart and T3 Gemstone, but also for their positioning, adoption, and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and lead product development processes for education technology products, primarily DENEYAP Kart and T3 Gemstone
- Identify and enhance technical and functional value propositions based on user needs
- Design and expand use cases focused on electronics programming, IoT, and AI
- Develop solutions to increase integration of products into education, competitions, and project development processes
- Design and execute positioning, pricing, distribution, and sales strategies
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with educational institutions, public sector, private sector, and the technology ecosystem
- Represent and position products in technology events, fairs, and organizations
- Manage product, sales, and operational processes end-to-end; monitor performance and drive improvements
- Ensure effective coordination with internal teams (technical, education, operations, etc.) and external stakeholders
- Perform data-driven reporting and identify continuous improvement areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical-Electronics, Computer Engineering, etc.), Business Administration, Education, Technology Management, or related fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product development, product management, project management, or similar roles
- Hands-on exposure to product development processes in electronics programming, IoT, AI, or similar technology domains
- Product-oriented mindset; preferably experience in sales, business development, or go-to-market processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills to translate technical products into clear value propositions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to manage product, project, and operational processes with a multi-dimensional perspective
- Proficiency in project and task management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Proactive and strong in partnership development and stakeholder management
- Team-oriented, result-driven, and highly responsible
- Proficiency in English and no travel restrictions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with robotics, embedded systems, or electronic development boards
- Active involvement in maker ecosystems or technology-driven learning projects; experience in competitions or hands-on projects
- Experience in sales, business development, and go-to-market processes alongside product development
- Experience in positioning and scaling products across different user segments (students, instructors, institutions, etc.)
- Experience in designing product–user experience through educational content, curriculum integration, or applied learning models
