We are looking for a Science Centers Coordination Specialist with the following qualifications to join the Turkish Technology Team Foundation Science Centers Coordinatorship.

Job Description:

• It takes a role and supports in the process from general management processes for science centers, discovery campuses, science workshops projects supported in line with the goals and objectives of the Foundation to the management of building construction and the management of the content, design, production, commissioning, operation, repair and maintenance processes of the exhibitions.

• In this context, it determines a theme specific to the relevant center for the exhibition areas, and designs the exhibition contents in a rich and productive way in terms of experience approaches and channels.

• It provides the preparation of manufacturability and approximate cost studies of the designed exhibitions by communicating with companies with potential production capability.

• Communicate scientific approaches in meetings held with cooperated and supported institutions/stakeholders; participates in communication and process development meetings and takes a leading role.

• Takes an active role in the process steps of exhibitions such as production, control and commissioning and improves himself.

• Supports the selection of personnel to be recruited such as exhibition guides and trainers, takes an active role in creating common content for exhibitions, organizing training events and ensuring coordination with internal trainers.

• It works in coordination with the Science Centers Education Coordinatorship and contributes to the preparation of support materials for the workshops by including exhibition contents related to the curriculum.

• It reports the developments regarding the activities to the senior management, and also fulfills the other duties and responsibilities given.

General Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineer, Aeronautical & Aerospace Engineer, Electrical-Electronics Engineer,
Having a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the departments of Industrial Engineer, Physics Engineer,
• Worked in various academic disciplines such as engineering and/or Basic Science Application Fields in a multidisciplinary structure,

• Experienced major domestic and foreign science centers,

• Preferably having knowledge of TUBITAK Science Centers support projects and processes,

• At least 2 years of experience in training, content and talent development management,

• Good command of written and spoken English,

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications,

• Team player with strong planning and organizational skills, paying attention to details,

• Having an analytical and proactive approach,

• Highly motivated, open to discovering and learning new teaching methods and interactive exhibition presentation techniques,

• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment,

• Solution-oriented and positive attitude,

• Ability to report and present,

• Have strong verbal and written communication skills,

• Able to adapt to the dynamic business environment,
