GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferably with experience in Human Resources and Corporate Communications.
• Graduated from relevant departments of universities
• Experienced in community management, internal communication, event management
• Have good command of English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have planning, organization, analysis and reporting skills
• Proficient in MS Office and visual design programs
• We are looking for teammates who reside or can live in Istanbul.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Prepare and implement the internal communication plan in line with the corporate communication strategy
• Producing new content by improving internal communication channels and keeping track of the current content of existing content.
• Preparing internal communication announcements and consolidating contents from other units
• Producing content for digital platforms
• Planning in-house events and creating event promotional contents
• Carrying out studies to measure institutional satisfaction and reporting the results
• Ensuring that brand communication is carried out in accordance with corporate identity and increasing brand awareness
• Effectively carry out business processes with internal/external stakeholders
• Developing suggestions within the scope of recognition and reward activities
