T3 VAKFI STAJ
General Qualifications (Basic criteria valid for all coordinator applications)
Being a university student (associate degree, undergraduate or graduate) Being able to allocate a certain amount of time (at least 2-3 days) per week to the internship process
Being responsible, organized and having strong communication skills Being inclined to team work and solution-oriented
Having a spirit of volunteerism, being interested in projects focused on social benefit Being open to learning, valuing feedback and willing to develop
Having a good command of basic digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Drive, etc.
Having strong written and verbal expression skills. Preferably having basic knowledge or interest in the fields of work of the relevant coordinatorships (for example, personnel affairs or organizational structure knowledge for human resources, basic software knowledge for information technology, ability to use drawing programs for architectural design)
Familiarity with digital programs such as Canva, Excel, Trello, etc. Proficiency in time management and multitasking skills
