Corporate Communications Coordinator

At Türkiye Teknoloji Takımı Vakfı, which develops projects shaping Türkiye’s national technology ecosystem, we are seeking a Corporate Communications Coordinator who will lead the foundation’s communication strategies and strengthen its brand visibility both nationally and internationally.

This role is not only responsible for executing communication activities but also for shaping the foundation’s brand positioning, enhancing its representation on international platforms, and managing communication as a strategic lever. It is a leadership role with a high level of impact and responsibility.

Role Purpose

To manage the foundation’s corporate communication strategy end-to-end; strengthening brand value, increasing visibility, and building a strong communication and representation structure at both national and international levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the corporate communication strategy
  • Plan and execute communication campaigns to increase brand awareness
  • Manage media and press relations at a strategic level to enhance visibility
  • Define and oversee social media and digital content strategy, including content production, control, and approval processes
  • Coordinate communication processes end-to-end in large-scale events (such as TEKNOFEST and similar organizations)
  • Ensure effective representation of the foundation in national and international award programs, competitions, and events
  • Build and maintain relationships with international media, organizations, and stakeholders to expand the global communication network
  • Develop communication projects that strengthen international brand positioning
  • Manage crisis communication processes and take actions to protect corporate reputation
  • Measure and report the impact and performance of communication activities and implement improvement actions
  • Lead the corporate communications team, including task allocation, performance, and development processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, brand management, or media
  • Proven experience in team management and strategic planning
  • Strong background in media relations, preferably with an established network
  • Solid expertise in digital communication and social media strategies
  • Preferably experienced in international events, award programs, or global projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
  • Analytical thinker with a results- and impact-oriented mindset
  • Ability to coordinate effectively in multi-stakeholder environments and adapt to a fast-paced work culture
